Founded in 1983, we at Nitin B Shah and Associates have rich and diverse consulting experience in the field of structural design and engineering of Industrial, Commercial and Residential buildings and complexes. We have always focused on constantly keeping ourselves updated with the new trends and offering clients with innovative yet cost-effective solutions.

We bring to the board our expertise in RCC design, structural steel design, architectural consultancy, project management consultancy and related consultancy services to develop designs and solutions to suit the client needs. We apply practical, solution-driven approach to all challenges in the industry. Our unifying philosophy is a drive to deliver the right solution for the task at hand in a timely manner. For us, the right solution has to be practical, technically robust, cost-effective, provide clarity about the risks involved and above all it has to be safe. We believe in designing aesthetically engaging structures with creative ideas that are safe and at the same time economical. All our designs are in accordance with latest Indian Standards (IS) and adhere to all the codes laid by the authorities.

We are also a Chartered Engineering Firm and provide certifications for balance life of the property, the stability of the building, etc.
We also provide services for the valuation of fixed assets of land and building and plant & machinery. Our integrity is demonstrated by the fact that we are “EmpanelledValuer” for leading banks in Maharashtra. The banks like to take our opinions whenever large size finances are required to be made.
